Tufts Dental Members Shine at Immigrant Healthcare Symposium
Tufts Dental members, including Dr. Martha Forero, Dr. Jason Cummins, and Diana Florencio, along with alumni Dr. Ada Infante, Dr. Khara Gresham, and Dr. Israel Adeloye, have made significant contributions to the Immigrant Healthcare Symposium (IHS). Their participation helped bridge dental care gaps for immigrant communities.
The IHS, organized by Tufts Dental and Medical Schools in collaboration with various organizations, addressed healthcare challenges faced by immigrant populations. The event featured prominent speakers, community leaders, and advocates who discussed the barriers within the healthcare system and explored ways to support these communities effectively.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the dedicated Tufts community, including TUSDM, TUSM AMA-MMS chapter, MSA, SNMA, FMIG, LMSA, TCWI, HAH, SASA, and JSA. Your hard work and unwavering support were essential in making this event a success. Thank you for your commitment to this important cause.
